Privacy Policy

Account identifiers (email, display name), billing metadata (via our payment processor — we never see your card number), session logs (duration, region, game launched), and diagnostic telemetry (latency, dropped frames) needed to keep the service running.

To operate your account, meter billing accurately, place you on the closest healthy region, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve stream quality. We do not sell your data.

By default, session state (installed clients, in-progress downloads, local saves not synced by the storefront) is destroyed when the rig recycles. Screenshots or recordings you export leave the rig only through channels you explicitly initiate.

We rely on a payment processor for wallet top-ups, a mail provider for transactional emails, and cloud infrastructure providers to host the rigs. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.

Strictly-necessary cookies for auth and session continuity, plus one first-party analytics cookie you can disable in settings. No cross-site tracking, no ad networks.

Account data is kept while your account is active and for 90 days after closure. Session logs are anonymized after 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by tax law (typically 7 years).

You can export or delete your data at any time from account settings. EU/UK/California residents have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA — email support@skyrig.games to exercise them.

TLS in transit, encryption at rest, hardware isolation between sessions, and least-privilege access for our operators. Incident disclosures are posted on the status page.
