Terms of Service

By creating a Skyrig account or launching a session, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Skyrig provides remote access to high-performance gaming hardware on a per-hour metered basis. You bring your own game licenses (Steam, Epic, GOG, etc.). We don't sell or sublicense game content.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and 18 to fund a wallet. You're responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law. Sessions are metered per second and drawn against your wallet in real time. Unused balance remains available for 24 months after your last session.

No cheating, no automated botting, no crypto mining, no scraping catalogs, no reselling access. Sessions found to violate these rules are terminated without refund.

Cloud-save data managed by third-party storefronts is governed by those storefronts. Local session state is ephemeral unless a persistent volume is attached to your account.

We target 99.9% availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features, pricing, or region availability with reasonable notice.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, chargeback abuse, or fraud.
